Blown film machine

Jinming Classicx series film blowing machine is a customized and high-capacity mid-to-high-end model launched by Jinming optimized existing models. This model meets customers' higher requirements for film uniformity control, film transparency, film stiffness and toughness, and film output. Classicx models are based on standard configuration and can be customized according to customers' actual production and processing needs and process conditions.

This machine is specially designed for five-layer co-extrusion PE film and used to produce five-layer co-extrusion PE film products.

The die head adopts side loading, pre-distributed spiral mandrel structure, compact design, and CNC machining center processing.

The energy-saving efficiency of the whole machine is increased by more than 20%, and the time for changing materials and colors is shortened by 15%.
