Blown film machine

The specially designed screw and die of MBL high-barrier plastic film blowing unit are suitable for processing PA, EVOH and other resins with gas barrier properties. They are mainly used to produce five-layer and other films of various specifications to meet the needs of users for gas (O2, N2, CO2...) The packaging with high barrier performance is used to achieve the packaging purpose of preservation, freshness, corrosion protection, air tightness, and extension of shelf life.

The whole machine adopts a modular design concept, which is convenient for users to process different raw materials, formulas and film products. Specifically:

◆ The interlayer ratio control system accurately controls the thickness and ratio of each layer to save the amount of expensive resin under the premise of ensuring the barrier performance.
◆ Film thickness automatic control system. The closed-loop control system composed of online thickness measurement and automatic die head (automatic air ring) perform automatic detection and control of film thickness.
◆ The centralized control system controls the temperature, speed, pressure, wind speed, traction, tension, linear speed and other systems of the whole machine through the digital communication network, and displays and monitors the temperature, pressure, current, voltage, tension, speed, length and other parameters, and have functions such as automatic alarm and self-diagnosis.
