Two station unwinding system with automatic edge correction.

This system utilizes a satellite design, use closed ink scraper with ceramic anilox roller, and direct flexographic printing for precise overprinting. An automatic ink circulation system control the ink concentration and uniformity. This printing system's overprinting accuracy allows for both horizontal and vertical printing plate adjustments, enabling single-step calibration. Frequency conversion controls speed, while PLC central control ensures synchronized operation of all systems.

- When full printing is not required, the servo can be used to adjust the length without replacing the rubber shaft.
