JW series model B is automatic folder gluer stitcher that is a qualified machine. The whole machine structure is designed to group structure Each section is driven by individual frequency motor. Servo motor driving is optional. The upper and down carriers are line guide rail operated.
The machine is easy and simply operated. All adjusted screw adopts easily operated designing.
The feeding will strong vacuum suction and guarantee stable and good feeding. Upper and down rubber roll installed in the feeding unit to improve the feeding accuracy
The glue wheel for the gluing system. it automatic pump glue recycle. Glue alarm. Auto recycle when machines stop working. Easy to be clean.
The creasing wheels are installed at the front of the flooding unit and each group has 4 pieces of creasing wheels. it improves the folding line forming
The creasing wheels are installed in the middle of the folding unit and each group has 4 pieces of creasing wheels. It improves the inner folding forming.
Servo motor driving from the forming wheels of final flooding unit
The servo motor is installed for the outer belt of the final folding unit. it improves the folding accuracy.
